I get that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. I please ask that you try to reschedule in at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. I do charge 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations after 24 hours of the scheduled appointment Please arrive within 15 minutes of your schedule appointment, if late you will be charged a $10 late fee to still be serviced.
